I used air bnb for the first time a few months ago for my husband and I to have a "staycation" our first time away from our son who is almost 2 (long over due ha!) anyway our place was amazing. After our experience I had asked the owners how they went about becoming air bnb..and they recommended Hostly! Thank you for that! We have a building on the north side of Chicago with a vacant unit that Hostly helped us turn into air bnb unit! I'm not tech savvy by any means and having someone kind of take the reins of this project was super helpful and the fee is reasonable. We have seen such a great return already and they take the headache away from dealing with people directly. Would recommend this service to anyone who is looking to do Airbnb their properties and doesn't really know where to start!

Hostly has been a great company to work with! I have a high end airbnb and I don't have time to run it myself, but Hostly took over and made it very easy for me. They are quick to answer questions and handle any issues that come up with the guests that stay in my place! They are also always available when I have a question or want to talk to them about something on my end. Highly recommend.

The space was clean, stylish, and perfect for what we needed. The blue line train is a short walk away and I never felt unsafe making the walk by myself. The bed was super comfy and each room has a window a/c unit. The train to downtown takes about a 10 min walk and then 25-30 min on the train. Driving to downtown took us about 40-50 min +/-. There was always a lot of traffic, but that is a big city for ya. We found a really cheap sushi place super close called Gorilla Sushi that was pretty good. Also a hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant that was also really cheap, super close and delicious. The grocery store across the street was super convenient. It is located right on a busy street that has street lights and you can hear planes flying into O'hare. If you are used to sleeping in complete silence and pitch dark and are sensitive to light and noise, I recommend bringing a sleep eye-mask and ear plugs. I had the a/c on for white noise, so I didn't find it that big of a deal. All in all we were pretty pleased.
